Please download the following files.
They are primarily for Windows 2000, or Windows XP/sp1 or XP/sp2 users, where they operate perfectly. (Windows 98 users will most likely have success, but they may need additional assistance installing on their computer - depending on how old their Win98 computer system actually is.)

We will be sending you the most current program - if necessary -
immediately upon receipt of the fully filled out form below.

Also, if you have ANY problem whatsoever, downloading, installing, or bringing the program up for the first time, please don't hesitate to call, or email for assistance. We're here, 9am to 6pm EST, Monday thru Friday.


Instructions to follow:
Just download one or both files (#1 is AimStar - required download; #2 is VisualBasic Runtime.dll file - may be required, but you may already have it), save to an "install subdirectory" (like c:\windows\temp or c:\winnt\temp), and then go to that subdirectory and do step#1 below, followed by step#2 below.

1) double-click on "vb6_runtimes.exe" and point it to this subdirectory (c:\windows\temp or c:\winnt\temp), which will then decompress the file. THEN, double-click on the VB6 Runtime install "vbrun60sp6.exe", and it will install itself fully.

2) double-click on "Aimstar.zip" and point it to this subdirectory (c:\windows\temp or c:\winnt\temp), which will then decompress the file. THEN double-click on the AimStar install "setup_aimstar.exe" and continue with installation - depending on how you check or UN-check certain options, the program either will or will NOT immediately start up.

Installation Program (virus-free .exe file directly from Microsoft).
Download and run ONLY if you do not have these files in your
c:\windows\system or
c:\winnt\system32 subdirectory (or, just download and install anyway - won't hurt anything at all!)
