History notes

Every significant recruitment activity, such as sending a person's resume to a client, automatically generates a time and date stamped history note within AimStar. Consultants can also add history notes, comments, manually, as and when required. History notes provide you with a permanent record of all recruitment activities undertaken with the most recent being listed first. They retain copies of all emails and documents sent, and can be easily filtered by the activity type, such as call, appointment, resume sent, and message, for example. You can also copy a history note from applicant record to a client record, and vice versa, at the touch of a button.

Displayed below are the People Screen Comments tab, and the Company Screen Comments tab.
