The AimStar Emailing CenterThe best software to manage all your recruitment processes, AimStar allows you to send professional email from your desktop. Our software comes fully loaded with several standard document templates, such as "Request a Resume Update", "Interview confirmation", and "Placement" letter. Your systems manager can add, edit and remove as many templates as your business requires. These templates might include HTML emails, sales literature and other marketing materials sent to People of all kinds withwhom you are working.
The email form above is the standard use email form, applicable to Candidates, Hiring managers, not necessarily having anything to do with sending resume to joborder managers. All the relevant fields are pre-filled, depending upon what you were doing when you pressed the EMAIL button to activate the form.
The email form above is for use with Joborders, activated from the Joborder People Match tab (described on the previous page), wherein you will aggregate all the "SEND EMAIL" candidates (they are fully qualified, cleared to send, and now READY to send) resumes to the hiring manager pre-filled from the underlying Joborder screen. You have complete control over which resumes are sent, both in the way they were "Filelinked", and now on this form, which resume you check-off to send.
